For Account Enrollment in Online Registration and Update System

How to proceed:

  1. Click "Open S1905 Form" button below
  2. Fill in your information in the form that opens
  3. Download or print the completed form from your browser
  4. Sign the declaration page
  5. Email the completed form to: rdo_132css@bir.gov.ph
  6. Include your contact number and email address in the email
  7. Wait for approval confirmation from the RDO

After filling and signing the form, attach it to an email and send it to the RDO. Make sure to include your name, TIN, and contact number in the email body.

Required Documents to Submit:

  • Government ID (if individual) or Birth Certificate
  • Marriage Certificate (if married)
  • SPA or Board Resolution (if transacting through a representative)
  • Government ID of signatory and representative (if applicable)

What to Expect:

  1. The RDO will acknowledge receipt of your form via email
  2. Your registration will be processed and verified
  3. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with your updated information
  4. Processing typically takes 5-10 business days
